The righteous judgment of God,
To consider you as worthy;
Suffering whence you were flawed,
In following His decree.
God considers to repay,
Tribulation to afflict;
Judgment of how you obey,
And make known of His verdict.
If afflicted grant relief,
When the Lord has been revealed;
For your faith and your belief,
Your verdict will be unsealed.
Flaming fire for vengeance,
On them who do not know God;
Without oath of allegiance,
To Him to honor and laud.
Punishment is eternal,
Away from the Lord’s presence;
The fiery infernal,
Far from the Omnipresence.
When Jesus comes on that day,
In His saints be glorified;
The faithful that did not stray,
From whom had been crucified.
Wherefore we will pray for you,
Be worthy of His calling;
That your faith will remain true,
And that keeps you from falling.
So that the name of the Lord,
Maybe glorified in you;
The grace of God be adored,
In all that you will pursue.
